1. Arrival at the Condominium: Upon reaching the “Santamaura Vatican Apartment” condominium, you will find the entrance door.
2. Press the intercom button: Press the intercom button “SANTAMAURA VATICAN APARTMENT” and wait 5/10 seconds for the door to open.
The intercom button will open the outer gate only the first time. For subsequent entries and exits, you will need to use the key. If there are any issues with the opening, please contact us at the number 00393396784193.
3. Once inside the entrance door, continue straight ahead until you reach STAIRCASE B.
4. Stairs or Elevator: Go up to the second floor.
5. Entrance Door: Once you reach the second floor, staircase B, enter the code into the lockbox and take the key. The code will be sent to you via WhatsApp in the days before your arrival.
